Decent fast food style Mexican food. I will come back. I got the usual that I get at Mexican food joints...a two taco rice and bean combo..one taco beef...the other chicken. Fried taco shells are a plus here. Service was good. Will call in order next time. Though I had to rush to the bathroom not too long after eating, this happens for me after most greasy Mexican food meals.

This hole in the wall place in Fort Mohave was a very nice find, considering the lack of good restaurants in the area. I found it while driving to Bullhead City from Southern California, and told myself that I needed to go back and try it. I am glad I did. The interior is very basic, but don't let that deter you. The menu board is pretty comprehensive, and they offer just about any kind of Mexican food you could want. The prices are very reasonable too; my carne asada fries came out to eight bucks. And it was enough to feed two people. I decided to try the carne asada fries and it was a hearty, fullfilling meal. The steak was a tad bit salty, but the other toppings evened it out. Nothing was overpowering the flavor, and it was a nice combination. The fries themselves were a perfect consistency, not over or under cooked. I would come back for it. This place is good when you've had a long day at the river and need a good, filling meal. It is non pretentious, cheap good food.

I LOVE their chicken hard shell tacos! They used to have one here in Fort Mohave, but it has been sold. The new owners didn't take the sign down right away. Don't get confused by this. I tried the new owners of what used to be Humberto's and my tacos were too salty. Last time I asked them to hold the salt and they were just like the old Humbertos.

This was a solidly good mexican joint and would likely return again. The food didn't blow me away but I liked it enough to go back and will likely do that when in the area.

Best Mexican food in the area. Bean and cheese burritos are awesome, as well as the shredded beef tacos. The wait can be a while but it's worth it.

Ok, now everytime I ask people if they like Humberto's, I get the downturned mouth, with an "eh." Well, I disagree and think this little hole in the wall is great. I have tried their taquitos which are yummy with shredded lettuce and grated cheese on top. THE boyfriend used to order the "super" carne asada burrito, but I got him to switch up to the carnitas burrito, which I think is excellent. The "super" burritos are huge and I end up only eating half, which THE boyfriend loves, because he gets my leftovers. They have a "serve yourself" salsa bar (red and green) and pickled carrots and jalapenos. My favorite is the green salsa, which I think is a tomatillo/avocado salsa (not sure).

The super nachos could feed a family of four. Huge, tasty servings! I was in & out in about 5 minutes just prior to the lunch crowd. Easy access parking, clean interior with booths, tables & chairs.

Best Breakfast Burritos in the tri-state area. Food is good and fast. Red & green chili is good as well. Jackie and David run this place very well!

This one is probably the best Humberto's I've eaten at. Carne asada has a lot of flavor. When choosing between the #8 or #13 Depending if you want that extra carne asada taco the #13 gives you another tortilla and more carne asada to make a third taco. I will def eat here again. The staff was also Friendly and the place is very clean.

Had the menudo with home made corn tortillas, mmm mmm good. Had lots of meat. Would definitely recommend this place. We will be back next time in Laughlin. Reasonably priced too.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
